Not a great residence. There's a strong smell of urine most of the time when you go, and on top of that, there have been medication errors with residents. Not good at all. A call to the CIUSSS might be in order! 🤔

The new manager is seriously lacking in humanism and does not follow the MSSS guidelines. However, the staff is attentive to users.

Very well located, 200 meters from the hospital and a grocery store, pharmacy, etc. Near Highways 20 and 73, a couple of kilometers from the Pierre Laporte Bridge. 30 people per floor, with a third opening in spring 2021. The place is very well maintained, and the target clientele is semi-autonomous people. The cleanliness is very noticeable, and the meals are very good. We've had the opportunity to enjoy a few on different occasions. The attentive and caring staff make you feel completely confident in the care of the people you love.

I think it will be good to change managers.

(Senior living facility) The owner is very attentive to the building; he just redid the sidewalk, the street chains, and the brick walls. If he also takes care of my parents, I have no worries about the building itself, and the staff seems very numerous.
