My father resided at the hostel for a year, until his passing. He was treated with respect and dignity by all the staff. The attendants were exceptionally kind, and the nursing staff were truly wonderful. A huge thank you for being there for my father and our family during this time.

The staff is attentive to the residents, and the care team does a very good job. The owner is often on-site and available to help. The meals are good, and the rooms are comfortable.

I do not recommend this place to anyone you care about. It's unsanitary, there aren't enough staff members for the number of patients—I once saw one employee for 15 patients, many of whom were in diapers. You can imagine what the rest is like. Many employees would rather be on their cell phones than change beds or diapers. The owner clearly doesn't care that his establishment is the way it is! Run for the hills if someone recommends this place to you.

One star because I have to. I don't recommend going here; it's like death row. The staff doesn't take care of the residents, especially on the first floor, which is basically a basement. Terrible service, no follow-up, you have to chase after employees for important follow-ups. They said everything was fine, and the next day they were in the hospital dying. Very disappointed that they can just not care about the residents like that. It's very sad. Please don't go there; there are better places elsewhere. Whatever the reason, don't go there...

A warm, family atmosphere and attentive staff. I visit my mother regularly. It's always very clean. My mother loves this place. The staff truly cares for the residents. The management is readily available to families, and it's very easy to reach them. The residents and staff are like one big family. My mother feels safe and secure in her unit.
