Beautiful place, very well maintained, it's clean and smells nice!!

A family atmosphere while having your own apartment. All services are offered to make independent seniors feel at home.

Great location facing the L'Assomption River in a charming little town where you can walk to shops or to one of the six theaters and numerous restaurants. It has a family atmosphere and a human scale, which makes it very enjoyable. The management is very proactive, and several activities are planned each week in addition to monthly dinners where dancing is offered. The apartments have provided washers and dryers, and the large windows and patio doors let in plenty of natural light. They are very nice apartments with ample storage. The various services offered are excellent, and everything is designed to make our lives easier. For these reasons and many others, I give it 5 stars.

My parents have been living at the residence for a few months now, and I can tell you they're very happy there. Located near the river, they have a lovely indoor pool, and my mother enjoys swimming in it every week. Several activities are organized each week, as well as monthly dinners with dancing. The management takes good care of its residents and ensures their safety. This is very reassuring. Furthermore, the residence is located in a small village that is absolutely beautiful. When I visit, it's pleasant to take a walk and have dinner at the excellent restaurants on Boulevard de l'Ange Gardien.
