No returned phone calls from the director, all voice mail--director that changes every 6 months. As a family member you need to devote your own time to follow up with the facility if services lack or not up to the standard advertised. It is a lucrative business and just that.

No. Just no. Look elsewhere. My father's quality of life and care has gone down a whole lot since they were bought by Cogir. I'll let you know how the year long mould situation goes when I finally get it taken care of. All for $2000 a month (1 bedroom, no food included) Don't do it!

My mom just moved to the résidence. The meals are excellent. The service is very good. The staff in general is kind and respectuous to the residents and family. Great experience so far.

They are more dedicated to their wallets than to the care they claim to give to the residents. Most of what we were told by rental agent is not true especially concerning quality and selection of meals and personal scheduling of residents. For over $4000 a month, we (and our dad) were expecting a lot more. A letter will be sent to the manager but I don`t really expect much to be done to change how they run the place. Shop around.

Only because I can’t give zero stars. Staff is impatient, rude and incompetent. Seniors should be treated with dignity, even if sometimes they may difficult. This staff has no idea what that means.
