Very bad experience! Extremely disappointed that a member of my family had already been there.

The staff there are truly dedicated to the health and well-being of the elderly residents. The residence is clean, welcoming, and very well-lit. The food is good, and in addition to being highly secure, it offers several personalized services. I highly recommend it.

A very demotivating place. A very strong smell of urine upon entering the facility. The place was completely lifeless, as were the staff. I hope they are treated well because well-treated employees are normally reflected in their work environment. Nothing was decorated for December 25th except for a meager Christmas tree. And no Christmas music playing. The door opening system is outdated and very incomprehensible for people who are confused or elderly. We asked a nurse's aide for help opening the front door because my 87-year-old grandfather was waiting in the entryway, standing alone. A man answered, looking at us as if we were asking him to do a huge job. He closed the door, and a woman came later. The poor woman seemed to be running around everywhere while this man didn't seem to want to lift a finger to help. Very bad experience for our first visit to this place and we will definitely look for another place.
