Chartwell L'Unique

The brunch on July 13th wasn't worth €28.75. No toast or croissants, limited fruit selection. Very disappointed. Thank you.

Since the change in management, the goal has been to extract as much money as possible, not the well-being of the elderly. They'll say, "Yes, but don't forget to pay up." Their aim is to liquidate the residents' assets. Reduced meal portions, increased prices, and menu choices that don't justify the cost. No willingness to compromise. When you ask to speak to the managers... strangely, no one returns your call. If you're rich, no problem; otherwise, stay away, you'll be treated like dirt.

The measures put in place during the pandemic are reassuring for visitors and especially residents. However, my mother complained that the food during the quarantine period was less attractive. My mother finds her home very beautiful.

My parents have been at Chartwell L'Unique for three years. They have made friends, live in a spacious home, and receive many services such as bi-weekly cleaning, activity tracking, and a monthly newspaper informing them of upcoming achievements and events. Also, the meals are varied, tasty, and accessible to all, whether they choose a meal à la carte or the daily menu, they are never disappointed: starter, main course, and dessert... and what about the warm bread, yum 🥰. In short, I highly recommend L'Unique where conviviality and happiness are the order of the day.

Excellent welcome. From day one, all the staff members helped me settle into the environment of a senior living residence. The residence is very clean, and the many amenities make life very pleasant. It's also located in St-Eustache, surrounded by many services (food, convenience stores, pharmacies, big-box stores, etc.). Thank you again for anticipating even the smallest requests.
