Chartwell Le Duplessis

Very beautiful place. Welcoming, friendly, and courteous staff. Due to her medical condition, my mother's stay was brief, but she greatly enjoyed this residence and the activities. Bravo to Ms. Lemyre and her team!

Excellent service in every way!! My mother lived at the Le Duplessis residence for almost 9 years and was very happy and fulfilled!! Unfortunately, she passed away suddenly on May 26th, and I needed to discuss the procedures with the management after a death. I dealt with Ms. Lemire, the director, who is very kind, but especially with Janis, as she was the one who was there during my visits. Honestly, Janis is a gem, always smiling, cheerful, attentive, and respectful—she's a WOW!! There was a small issue, and Janis took my request. I received a call from the director, Ms. Lemire, saying she was taking care of it, and everything was resolved beyond my expectations!! Thank you for your excellent service, Ms. Lemire and Janis!!!

My mother has been a resident at the Chartwell "Le Duplessis" residence for four years, and I am extremely satisfied with the services she receives. Despite being 84 years old, she enjoys a renovated apartment furnished with modern pieces that combine comfort and style. Every day, she enjoys a breathtaking view of the Saint-Maurice River, which brightens her days. The new dining room is particularly inviting with its contemporary décor and also offers a soothing view of the river. During my five-day visit, I was able to fully appreciate the enchanting setting of the residence. What struck me most was the warm and friendly atmosphere among the residents and staff. Everyone greets each other with a kind smile, creating a very pleasant and welcoming environment. Thanks to the exceptional management of its director, Ms. Lucie Lemyre, this residence boasts a remarkable team of employees, entirely dedicated to the well-being of its residents. A variety of activities are scheduled daily for everyone's enjoyment. Knowing that my mother is happy in such a caring environment brings me immense relief. When the time comes, it's certainly a place where I would like to live myself. I highly recommend the Chartwell "Le Duplessis" residence to those seeking a peaceful, friendly, and caring living environment for their loved ones. Bravo to all the staff at Le Duplessis! We are considering moving our 86-year-old mother (who is still independent) to this residence. We met twice with Mr. Desrosiers (the leasing consultant) to learn about the services offered. Mr. Desrosiers' professionalism and warm welcome immediately instilled confidence in us. Several activities are offered to residents daily, in addition to a weekly shuttle service to shopping centers. Dining room, indoor pool, gym, movie theater, etc....it has everything! The residence offers modern 3 1/2 and 2 1/2 apartments. A big thank you to the entire team for welcoming us.

Excellent residence, very safe, with a highly efficient health office. The management is incredibly dedicated and attentive to residents, the staff is polite and always there for us. Beautiful gardens and very friendly people. Splendid view of the river. I've been here for two years and I'm very proud of my residence.
