Chartwell Le Prescott

WOW almost a year in my new home "Chartwell le Prescott". Just the name itself has a history. This modern 12 floor building is very bright and well kept. Apartments are a good size and many models hard to choose. The Retirement consultants are there to help you out no question is too big or small you will always get an answer. There is qualified maintenance staff, housekeeping staff who are very friendly and always willing to help. I almost forgot our Activities Coordinator, she is great. If you like to be busy there is plenty to do. Medical service with an nurse with many years of experience. The dinning room is big, set with nice tables and table settings. Our Head Chef makes fantastic meals if you are not up to cooking and his special occasion meals are excellent. He has a hard-working kitchen staff to help out. Last but not least is the General Manager, the person who oversees the Prescott. Super friendly, likes to know his residents and his Motto is "My door is Always Opened to Talk" Hope to be your neighbor one day.

went for lunch with my parents, friendly service, food was good, everywhere we went was clean. many activities for the silver haired seniors... in fact my parents can not stop talking about good things at the Chartwells. especially on the safety and security with the personnel working here

My brother and sister-in-law came to visit me, and they stayed over night in an apartment in Chartwell Le Prescott. They were amazed at how welcoming and comfortable the apartment was. I want to thank the Administration and staff for making it so easy for them to be comfortable. They will definitely come and see me again.

My parents couldn’t be happier, the staff are very nice and accommodate them with all their needs. The nurses are excellent. The food is good and there are plenty of activities. As a daughter with many concerns with elderly parents, I am extremely pleased.
