This place is lovely.

Lack of security for our elders... lack of supervision in public areas, parking lots...! Very disappointing and a great lack of respect for the price they pay to live there!

I am outraged to see that my mother has been living in this residence since the beginning of July 2025. The staff is kind but can do nothing, they only say to refer me to the administration, however the administration is very deficient, Saint-Jérôme practically all the elevators are broken, it is inconceivable… 3 residents were stuck in the elevator, the fire department intervened… the transport vehicle was towed because it is too old. I am so disappointed and sad for my mother who pays a lot of money for an apartment that is over 20 years old. We had to pay to have an A/C installed in the apartment, canvases in the windows… plus the food is disgusting… It's a shame to see that our parents who have contributed to society for so many years are treated like this. Seriously…

My mother, who has been here for about a year, has had no hot water for almost four months! Totally unacceptable!

The staff are dynamic, attentive, and welcoming. The quantity and quality of activities offered each month is impressive. My father feels comfortable there, and we have complete confidence in them.
