My mother moved into the assisted living unit a few weeks ago. Already, despite her loss of independence, I sense she's happier. Without saying so, she needed help with housework, laundry, and her medication. Since being cared for at the facility, I've noticed a balance and stability in her. It doesn't cure Alzheimer's, of course, but it provides comfort and peace of mind. For her, and also for us, as we were increasingly worried. Thank you to the staff who are pleasant, dedicated, and comforting. I'm thinking of Jimmy and Geneviève, whom I see regularly and who are wonderful. The residents I meet and talk to at events seem cheerful, love to laugh, and enjoy themselves. In short, nothing but good things to say.

The cleaning is a big 0, December 15th is an employee party so the dining room is closed. The residents have a nice lunch box. A sandwich, 1 celery, 1 carrot and a dessert for a modest sum of 17.50. WOW 0 soup and 0 drink wow what a deal we paid for the underpaid employees' party. Who can beat that?

My parents have lived there since October 2021. The pandemic deprived them of all the services they pay for, and the food situation is getting worse and worse: staff shortages, cold food, and yet their rent has increased. It's a shame that people of their age aren't entitled to the services they pay so much for. On May 30th, my parents informed me of a substantial refund, which is very welcome due to the pandemic. Now, the problem of the meals, which are served cold most of the time, remains. Thank you.

Senior residence. Attentive service. Reasonable prices. Outdoor setting. 30 minutes from Old Quebec. Delighted residents. Shops, pharmacy, restaurants, and gas stations nearby.

A truly lovely place for retirees to stay. There are plenty of activities for them and the food is excellent. The services offered are varied.
