Great residence. Great staff, Food is decent for the elders. Very beautiful building. Des show responsible when needed. Never had a bad experience with staff

They don't always answer the phone when there are emergencies, and the same goes for the dedicated emergency number. However, they answer a bit more during office hours. This is very unsettling when you have a parent who is having outbursts. Also, the cleaning is very basic. On the plus side: the food seems good and the staff are generally friendly.

We are deeply grateful to the Château La Belle Époque residence, to the owners who were always present to ensure the well-being of the residents, and to the caregivers who took such good care of our mother all these years. The staff and management at Le Château La Belle Époque are truly exceptional. Attentive to the needs of each resident, they take the time to listen, support, and reassure. We are delighted that our parents are staying at this pleasantly located riverfront residence in Repentigny. Thank you all. We are sincerely grateful.

My grandmother adores the staff here, which I think is the most important thing. But sometimes she'll speak English to them. While visiting, she asked one of the workers a question in English and the worker did not like that one bit. She demanded that my grandmother speak French. Uncalled for. You don't get mad at them for wetting themselves or refusing to eat. Why get mad over language?
