Since my aunt has been here, she has made tremendous progress. The care is rigorous, well-monitored, and you can tell the team is highly skilled. Everything is well-organized and reassuring for the family. My aunt's room is spacious and offers a superb view of Jonquière, which clearly contributes to her well-being. A very positive experience so far. Good communication with the family, and the management is easy to contact.

Worst place ever! My mother should never have gone there!! A private residence that costs her full board. She has no teeth, no glasses, and no hearing aids, and they claim they're not responsible… “Dave,” the guy in administration, told me he doesn't have time to waste on this and that he's not responsible. To end up without dignity like that, without her senses, at 87 years old—I'm going straight to a journalist to tell him about this!! I'll see if he'll tell me again: “I make people pay, period!”

Very strong smell of urine on the ground floor, on the Alzheimer's side. The attendant had absolutely no respect for the residents or passersby. Coming to clean at 2:25 a.m. every night is completely ridiculous. The bright light was on. Zero respect. The food is atrocious. Only one meal was edible, and it was just the meat. The receptionist is FANTASTIC. She takes her work seriously and enjoys it. Very dedicated. The nurse is also super friendly.

Despite the director's words, this place is not suitable for people requiring special care and assistance. I've never had so many problems with the staff. They make a lot of promises, but in the end, they remain just promises and nothing concrete is done.
