food is so good, servers are adorable!! they care very much, my grandparents love it there!! shoutout Doris for the donuts and the chicken dumplings, 10/10 😉

In my stay at Les Jardins Intérieurs, I found the staff consistently went out of their way to be helpful and were always kind and courteous. A big shout-out to Lynn Ouellette for her care and consideration. It was a big help to me.

My mother is now a resident, she is 82 young. It is like she has a new life to live. She is in security and the ladies are so nice. The suppers are great and make her feel special. I just love this place. Its not easy to find a gem but this is it! Big thank you to Lise xxx

Capitalism at its finest. A barebones convenience store without anything decent to eat unless you discover the burger mentioned on a sheet hidden on the counter near the cash register, a simplistic restaurant (with decent food, but still) that costs 25$ (overpriced and insulting for such a simple meal) a seat, nurses who never read the files of their patients, administration with a reputation for being impossible to hold accountable, and honestly the most silly part is that there is absolutely no interior garden, just a few birds in a sad, empty cage, and a tiny fountain. This place is designed for profit, not for dignity or efficiency. Do not go there. You will feel guilty for locking up your elderly in there. Do not let the american businessmen ruin your family. Capitalism is a plague.

My mom stayed here for 1 year. The grounds are beautiful and the residence is well maintained. The issue is that the actual people who manage this place give inconsistent service. That goes for medical care and administrators alike. Many times you need to chase them several times for any type of reply. They make full of mistakes and then complain they are overworked and short-staffed. Shouldn't they cater to their elderly residents and make this their number 1 mission? Isn't this supposed to be their core business? The food quality was decent for the first few months then they began serving low quality food and poor health choice menus. I was floored at Saint-Jean Baptiste day menu; hot dogs and french fries, seriously? This place isn't cheap and that is what you serve your residents? When we gave our 3 month cancellation notice, nobody even reached out to us to ask why my mom was leaving and ask for our feedback on their service etc. Then they actually withdrew a month's rent from my mom's bank account when she was no longer a resident. They blamed this on a computer-related problem and it's now been close to 2 weeks and still no refund. I had to chase them 3-4 times to get an answer. I don't believe the Cogir group that manages this residence as well as others have the residents best-interest at heart which should be paramount. My mom has since moved to a residence managed by le Groupe Maurice. It's actually cheaper and the building is beautiful and well-maintained. The staff is much more attentive, always respond quickly and with kindness. The food is much much better quality and the selection is far better. Just be careful when signing up with Cogir, they are super nice and responsive to get your business but that fades rather quickly.
