La Résidence Sheppard et James

My contact was through visiting a close friend, but with every visit I was truly impressed by the mood in the residence, the kindness and consideration of the staff, the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms and -- above all -- the care that they offered to the person I was visiting.

I cannot say enough good things about Sheppard and James residence. The staff are exceptionally kind, the environment is always clean and welcoming, and the level of care provided is truly outstanding. Thank you Shahied and Karen for your unwavering compassion.

Our mum has lived at Sheppard and James for almost a year, and we feel confident that she is safe and well looked after. The residence is clean and organised, and the staff are very friendly and caring towards the residents.

As an anecdote, when our mom once was driven to the hospital via ambulance, the paramedics were commenting about the cleanliness and how well organized the staff were.
