From the moment we walked into La Residence Steger, it felt like visiting family rather than a residence. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, but April truly stood out. She went above and beyond — showing us around, sitting to have lunch with us, and making my aunt feel completely cared for. My aunt had been struggling with the idea of moving into a residence, but It’s truly because of April that my aunt decided to sign the lease. Her warmth and compassion made all the difference. I also want to mention Jasmine from the Personal Touch team — she’s so genuine and caring, and her kindness shines through in everything she does. I truly hope April and Jasmine will continue to be there for years to come — not only for my aunt, but for all the residents who will be lucky enough to meet them… and for me too, every time I visit. La Residence Steger truly reached her heart — and ours — and we’re so grateful for that. Thank you!

From the very first moment we walked through the doors, we felt something truly special — a genuine sense of warmth, respect, and care that immediately put us at ease. The staff and management team (I prefer not to mention names, as every one of them deserves our sincere thanks) are truly exceptional, ( alright I' ll mention a couple, Mamadou, Jean Eric, John B, Sherlie and Abu and so on, keep up that good work you all do with great spirit and kindness like that, God will bless all of you!), . Every interaction — from the front desk to the administrative offices — radiates professionalism, kindness, and compassion. They take the time to connect personally with residents and their families, ensuring everyone feels heard, valued, and supported. It’s evident that they love what they do, and that passion is reflected in the uplifting atmosphere throughout the entire residence. The facility itself is impeccably maintained — clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully designed. Every corner speaks to pride and attention to detail. But what truly sets Résidence Steger apart is its human touch: the way each resident is treated with dignity, empathy, and genuine affection. It feels less like a residence and more like a vibrant, caring community. There’s also a wonderful sense of joy among the tenants. You can see it in their smiles, hear it in their laughter, and feel it in the warmth of their conversations. It’s heartwarming to witness how content and at peace the residents are — a true reflection of the positive culture the staff has cultivated. For us, knowing that my father-in-law is surrounded by such kindness and positive energy brings immense comfort and peace of mind. We look forward to seeing him enjoy this new chapter of his life and to witnessing firsthand the many beautiful moments this residence will bring him. Hello, I recently placed my wife suffering from depression at the Steger after getting a recommendation from a trusted health professional. Jean Eric, Mamadou, Tim and Everyone ( Sadie, Rui,) and untold others were amazing warm and receptive. I carefully evaluated several locales, more and less expensive and found them sadly lacking in warmth and friendship. I was really impressed by the friendliness of ALL the staff at the Steger. It is the secret of their success.. You can feel the difference when you walk in the front door … i attended a BBQ there yesterday and it was wonderful to see all the staff ( even the Mgr Jean Eric ) dancing and joking with the residents.. I recommend this residence highly and give it Six Stars !!! Richard B

I have nothing but gratitude to the staff of the Residence Steger! My brother has been living there for 3 years and it was the BEST decision! Caring, compassionate and friendly are just a few words to describe the staff. I would recommend the Steger to anyone looking for a residence for their loved one.
