Blonde receptionist is extremely rude, considering your job is to welcome people. If you don’t like your job then get a new one.

This place runs snow plows starting at midnight, super loud, keeping the whole neighborhood up all night. It's insane. It's 3 a.m. and they just keep going.

My parents have been there happily for over ten years, and I have nothing but praise for the nursing, desk, maintenance and kitchen staff -- even my mom's hairdresser. Especially since my dad died last year, they have all been particularly attentive to my mom. However, WATCH EVERYTHING FINANCIAL. My parents were once asked to pay a bill already paid. Even worse, one year their rent increase was based on a fictitious $215/month more than it actually was. Imagine if I had not been there to catch this, practically by accident? I don't have anything positive to say about the upper echelons of administration, so I'll just leave it at that!

The Secretary named Penny has one of the most rude personalitys. The negativity she possesses spews out of her every time someone comes near her. She treats people as if they are beneath herself. I don't know if its because I am personally a minority but the way she treated me with cutthroat intent was highly disgusting and really made it seem she is not able to treat people of color with decency or respect. She has yelled at me in three different situations where I was not at fault at all. I believe that karma will handle the rest. Stay away!!!

(LAST PARAGRAPH CONTAINS A WARNING) While the facilities and grounds are impressive and the attention and care our mother received on the assisted care floor was very good, our issue is with the administration and specifically with the lease termination policies at Le Cambridge. Our advice to anyone considering Le Cambridge is to address their lease termination policies before signing one and to understand your rights with respect to moving your loved one to another care facility. *Our Experience: Our parent fell and fractured their pelvis resulting in an extended hospital stay, then a permanent transfer to a full care nursing home. We immediately informed Le Cambridge that she would not be returning. It was then we discovered her lease stipulated we had to pay two months upon leaving. **But more IMPORTANTLY, we could not make the decision to leave**. Le Cambridge demanded that the medical and social services team provide a full evaluation, and paperwork approving her lease termination and departure from Le Cambridge. This overworked and underfunded hospital team took ANOTHER 4 weeks to provide the paperwork that (3 months of extra rent in total).
