4.3 / 5I visited this residence and, based on my experience during the tour with a staff member named Antonella, I was not very impressed. The overall approach felt more focused on filling units rather than genuinely prioritizing the well-being and needs of the elderly. I was also disappointed by the number of additional fees, particularly the high cost for visitors to share a meal with their family members, which I find unnecessary and excessive. This is, of course, my personal opinion, but I felt compelled to share my experience. There are many other residences that offer better benefits, a more welcoming environment, and more accommodating staff. Additionally, I found the receptionist to be extremely loud and unprofessional in her interactions with people. Another thing is that there is no security at night!! Extremely dangerous and unprofessional for the elderly. They can walk out at any moment without being supervised.
WOWWWWWW! I came to visit the residence with my parents and we were truly impressed. Five star welcome all the way. After the tour, when we sat down in the office to talk about pricing and details, they offered us water and coffee. They even gave us a lunch coupon for two: the food was absolutely delicious! I’m adding a photo of my Caesar salad, it didn’t look like “residence food” at all. We had lunch outside on the terrace, and it felt like a truly special experience. The apartments were beautiful and spotless, and the whole atmosphere was warm and welcoming. My parents made friends right away, and they’ll be moving in just a few weeks. I feel so relieved and happy to have found a place like this for them. Thank you for the warm welcome to Luana and Roberta. You are the best team ever for the rental process. Truly professional! 💙
Great place for aging Italians. Many come the same background and therefore many friends can be made. A few pointers to address; 1-The reception (Lidia) can smile a little and be more welcoming., 2- they really should get a second trolly to help carry groceries. They’re not that expensive.
Luanna was absolutely fantastic. She was very patient and accommodating as my dad is on a wheelchair. I highly recommend the facility.
Sales staff were very professional, informative and very helpful! Felt no pressure to sign but did as their product offering meet my aging father’s needs.
