phoned there to make a hair appointment. Woman who answers reception only speaks French - no English. Its supposed to be English & French. Not so. No help whatsoever.

The complex is well maintained. Staff are friendly and attentive. Apartments are spacious and beautiful flooring and good appliances. Amenities are numerous, pools, exercise rooms, indoor golf, outdoor common areas. Staff are always there for you.

It is advertised that the resto "the Bistro" is open to the public but it's not. The Facebook page let me book a table whereas I'm not even a resident and then I had to feel humiliated by the waitress who looked at me as an Alien when I asked for a table. If the resto is not open to the public because of the Covid situation, I guess this information should be advertised either on the website or on Facebook.

The food and food selection was very good. Service was somewhat inadequate with inexperienced teenagers rather than trained adult servers. Plates, glassware were heard falling/breaking to the floor on 3 times during our 2 hour visit. It was a bit strange not to be offered a glass of juice or milk with brunch. Our server never offered something from the bar like a mimosa or similar.

Beautiful retirement complex. Looks more like a hotel that an Independant living complex. Very good restaurant and health club
