Le Waldorf

Daughter of a resident: My mother has been living at the Waldorf for almost 2 years .We chose the Waldorf primarily because of Doreen Kerner, the leasing agent. She made the process smooth and explained everything no matter how many times and questions we had. My mother has made new friends and we know she is in a safe environment.

My mom moved to the Waldorf independent living this past December. She has integrated well & is enjoying the community. Even during the long power outage, they managed to offer free hot meals & services. The beauty of this place is the staff. Many have worked there for many years. They introduced themselves as having loved my grandmother or uncle who resided there over 10 years ago. The nursing staff is amazing in an emergency. Head nurse Hélène is a special human being & sets the tone of calm knowledgeable reactions with a desire to keep the resident at her home if at all possible rather than leaving them to go lie on a gurney in emergency & catch something worse than why they arrived. Hats off to the Waldorf!! My mom made the right choice!

Worst place ever. If you want your family member to live find anywhere else. They are just looking for a money grab
