My parents have been living at the residence for 3 months, my father has just passed away and all the attendants take care of my mother like a Queen, they never leave her alone, comfort her and encourage her a lot. We are extremely grateful to all the employees 🙏🏼

My mother spent a few years there, on the 3rd and 5th (prosthetic) floors. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this place. The caregivers are incredibly attentive to the residents, always responsive to their needs. Even though my mother lost many abilities (both physical and mental), the caregivers were always there to support her. Of course, there isn't a full-time nurse, but you have to remember that it's not a long-term care facility; the nurse visits every day. The food (prepared on-site) seemed very adequate for her needs. I recommend this place without hesitation.

My mother stayed there last October and November (2023). The service is excellent, the staff is very attentive and available, the meals are excellent, the atmosphere is like a family home, the approach is personalized, and the staff took my mother's physical condition into account and did everything possible to respect her autonomy and dignity. The director and the head of accommodation are very accessible and available at all times. Thank you to the entire team.

My aunt stayed there for a few weeks to convalesce. The staff is courteous, and it's a family-friendly environment where life is good. The food is varied, and there's a wide selection of options, each one equally good. Several activities are offered to entertain residents. The level of care is exemplary. Don't hesitate; it's a good living environment.

I do not recommend this facility to people with dietary restrictions (allergies, stomach problems, etc.). The menu is mediocre: the food is too spicy and acidic, and there are no alternatives if you are unable to eat what is offered. I have to do the grocery shopping for my mother, even though the meals should be balanced. No matter how much I complain, it makes no difference. The medical care is inadequate because there is no nurse on site. The staff seem overwhelmed and unresponsive. All in all, if I had known, my mother would have stayed in her own apartment with occasional help, as she is independent.
