Hello, My father has been living at the Deschenes residence since last June, and I am truly very satisfied, even more than satisfied... My father currently has some health issues, but I feel reassured knowing he is with you. ALL the staff members are extremely kind, respectful, and polite. Our father has been living here for a year now, and it's such a joy for us to hear him mention the kindness of the staff, the quality of the food, the cleanliness of the place, and a very attentive manager. His apartment, which he affectionately calls his "mini-home," adds the perfect finishing touch to the beauty of the place. She is attentive to needs, available, and present, both to answer families' questions and to address the needs of the residents. I have been visiting my aunt regularly for 10 years, I was the one who suggested this place to her because I knew it was safe, clean and well-kept. The management and staff are attentive to the residents. During this pandemic, hats off to all the staff for keeping Covid out of the building by ensuring that all safety measures were followed.
