Les Résidences Soleil - Manoir Boucherville

The staff makes all the difference; attentive, smiling, and always ready to help, you can tell that the residents are their top priority. I highly recommend Résidences Soleil for their professionalism and compassion.

Boucherville: Nothing but good things to say. My father is VERY happy in his new home. The service is very courteous and professional. The decor is dated, yes, but the prices are correspondingly affordable. The meals are very good, and there's a smoking room for those interested. The only downside is the parking. There are only a few spots in the front, which are filled 95% of the time, and a section limited to 30 minutes for 4 or 5 cars. There's a metro station across the street, but theoretically, this parking is only available to customers.

The Boucherville residence!! It's shocking to see staff throwing their cigarette butts on the sidewalk or the side of the road: cigarette butt bins exist, it's basic environmental responsibility and respect for others.... At the same time, it sets a fine example for the residents, who can get away with throwing their cans in neighboring yards! Similarly, we're fed up with picking up surgical gloves or masks next to their vehicles parked on our street!!!

We were treated with utter disrespect when we came to the residence to collect my deceased grandmother's belongings. In particular, the service at reception was appalling; the person who appeared to be in charge of reception was incredibly disrespectful and insulted my entire grieving family. She also spoke to the other employees in a highly disrespectful and condescending manner. It was a dreadful experience. Furthermore, Les Résidences Soleil did not follow up on my complaint.

Fantastic residence! Excellent staff. The meals are delicious. The four-season atrium is breathtaking!
