The staff is very kind, but the manager seems to only care about money, not the human element. My mother had to have three dinners delivered to her apartment instead of going to the dining room because she was showing signs of the flu after returning from the emergency room at St. Sacrament Hospital. Today, she had to pay $9 for three deliveries! 😔😔😔 She has a small studio apartment with one meal a day, and it costs her $2,096 a month! Honestly, charging her to deliver a meal three times because she was told not to come to the dining room due to her condition is outrageous! Unfortunately, it seems that money is the only priority, but to conclude this review, she loves her environment and the people who work there; it's just the money aspect that bothers her.

My mother lives there. She loves it and feels safe.

Not very safe; residents let anyone in; lack of supervision. Garbage is everywhere around the recycling bins. Not very accommodating and expensive.

Quiet and the people are very friendly, we are well received, the place is clean, As I am not a resident I cannot speak about the experience, the food, the activities, but the resident I know seems satisfied with all of this. Her only criticism concerns the cost of the à la carte services and the rental costs which are still similar to other private residences of the same category.

My partner's grandmother just moved in, and the property is chic, modern, and close to everything! Despite the constant movement of furniture, the residents and staff were very friendly. Nothing else to complain about.
