November 26, 2025 I would like to let you know that my mother recently moved into this residence. The management, the reception, the cleanliness of the rooms, the staff—everything is impeccable. 👌 The new owners, Philippe-Olivier, Carl, as well as Marie-Andrée, Josée, and other staff members, are attentive to their residents and very professional. Do not trust this facility at all. Especially the ward. My mother was placed there by the hospital because she had dementia and cognitive problems. I don't have enough words to describe everything that caused my family so much suffering. All the stress they caused and the problems they caused my mother, whether it was a social worker, a nurse, or an employee. They are supposed to be attentive to the needs of the person, their family, and support them through difficult times. Instead, they were disrespectful, they caused a lot of stress, they often made up lies, and they were often hypocritical. In the end, they got rid of my mother, claiming they could no longer care for her, just because she was eating less. They sent her to the hospital to dispose of her on her deathbed. When, finally, we learned she only had pneumonia that hadn't cleared up. She had been suffering for a few months, and the nurse at that facility, a woman named Laurence, led me to believe she was cured, which is why she was eating so much less. Changing facilities abruptly for someone with cognitive problems can be extremely damaging to their mental health. They showed absolutely no concern for my mother's well-being. They tricked me into thinking I was being asked for permission to send her to the hospital, even though I had refused for several valid reasons. They mocked me on the phone, speaking to me on a conference call. Despite asking for my permission, their decision had already been made. They disrespected me beyond belief. In the end, it caused a lot of problems, and my mother died several days later in the hospital in a coma because of them. It's been two years since she passed away. I'm finishing up the estate soon, and when I'm done, I'll take care of you.

I visited this residence and really liked the environment, the welcoming and friendly staff. Good food. The owner is super dynamic and cares about the well-being of both employees and residents. Their motto: respect, team spirit, and success are paramount.

Wow, what a beautiful transformation that has been made, especially with the exceptional staff who listen to everyone. What a wonderful welcome I received today during my visit, I recommend it to everyone ❤️ Our elders are so happy there.

Improved services with the new administration, attentive staff, good food, new decor. My mother had a great time there.
