Résidence Calla

Excellent nursing care on a human scale. My mother stayed for 2 weeks in convalescence and they took great care of her day and night. The establishment is very clean! A big thank you to the entire Calla team!

I have nothing but positive things to say about the Vitae Group's Calla residence. The staff is well-trained, caring, and respectful. The residence is well-located, recently renovated, and clean. We are very satisfied. The management staff's offices are on-site, and they seem concerned about the well-being of their residents and employees. Thank you!

My stepfather stayed there at full price… but didn't receive the expected services. He's now in a long-term care facility and receives much higher quality care. If one of your loved ones ends up there, I hope they're not in their right mind so they don't realize the misery they're in. It's a place where staff are absent, activities are lacking, patients wander aimlessly on the floors, residents are left unattended on the toilet, and the food is mediocre. I wish I could find something positive, but there isn't. There was no welcome on the day of arrival, unlike in a regular long-term care facility. Long-term care facilities have a bad reputation, but this is nothing compared to La Calla. And finally, after checking, the first 5-star reviews are from friends of management!

A huge thank you to the team at Calla! The convalescent care helped my father tremendously. The welcome was very warm, and the support was dedicated and attentive. Special thanks to Amélie and Gissele; he felt very well cared for and will cherish the memories of the time spent with you. The only downside was the food.
