All I have to say is that they don't tell families about bedbug infestations when they rent... (Obviously!!!) The care assessment is poorly done, especially when a resident needs more monitoring regarding their hygiene, diet, and complete autonomy. The diet is not respected, especially when there is a risk of suffocation. The owner doesn't listen when you try to talk to her; it's very difficult. Patients need to be properly assessed at the outset of an admission. Encourage the elderly person, not blame them... In short, despite the positive comments, there are also negative points, and no one brings them up. It's not just money that counts in retirement homes; you have to have passion and dedication, be there for the staff... I discovered these aspects gradually because someone close to me lives there, and I find it deplorable. Especially since we get such stupid responses from the young lady who is the co-owner. Respect for families is important. We send messages and no response... pretty ordinary... In short, there aren't many positive aspects. Especially since the reviews are pretty much all from the owners' entourage!!! If I find out that someone I know is choking alone in their room because they aren't giving them the menu prescribed by the dietitian, I won't hesitate to file a complaint... A residence to avoid in my opinion!!!

A beautiful environment for the people we love most! I feel confident leaving my grandparents there and, above all, I'm not worried about them getting bored if my schedule doesn't allow me to visit them as often as I'd like.

Very well received, very respectful, very nice service and simplicity. Library available, you can spend a stay there to disconnect from everyday life and find yourself. Very nice experience. Thank you

Oh... it's very hot and there are lots of windows, but no blinds were installed before the rental... no ceiling fan in the bedroom... only one in the living room/kitchen... and no sink in the kitchen. The person paid a high price for what they apparently paintwork... they inflate the prices enormously. For example: if one person dies, the month is paid for, and the new person also pays for the month.

Man, there's this really nice guy on staff, he's 6 feet tall and gorgeous, kind of like a plastic blonde
