Absolutely filthy. The hallway floors are dirty, and there are no handrails. The laundry room is filthy. The radiators are in poor condition, full of dust. It's appalling!

I met the team on site who took care of us with attention to detail to target our needs with a warm welcome. I recommend this place for anyone who would like to find a clean and professional place for these parents.

I am delighted with the Residences. The staff is very welcoming and attentive. We have a great connection with them and feel confident. Very clean and pleasant. Thank you for everything to the entire team!

My mother was there for about nine months, and she told me the staff were rough with her. I don't recommend it. I got her out of there as soon as I could.

It's a disappointing organization. There's a lot of staff turnover. And the staff isn't always specialized or professional enough to care for people with dementia. We had to clean frequently because it smelled of urine. For several months, the housekeeper seemed to be not doing her job. In short, I don't recommend this residence on the prosthetic floor for several reasons that would take a long time to explain.
