I admit I was skeptical, but what a wonderful surprise! My mother has been living there for two months now, and wow, this residence has changed her life. The staff is consistent, and the residents are treated personally, with smiles and courtesy. The warmth and friendliness are truly palpable! Any minor ailments? No problem, the doctor attached to the residence is so good and readily available… Don't be fooled by the residence's unassuming appearance, because honestly, the services are excellent! My mother has rediscovered her zest for life!

In full compliance with the Certification, it is not only an impeccably maintained and safe residence, but also a warm place where you don't have to worry about leaving a loved one. No one really wants to need the services of this specialized Alzheimer's residence, but when the disease strikes, knowing your loved ones are in good hands gives you peace of mind. Having known the co-owner for almost 8 years, and seeing her get involved in provincial committees to improve resident services and the attention she pays to their well-being, I wouldn't hesitate for a moment before referring someone looking for this type of service. She doesn't hesitate to call on her network to preserve the quality of life of her residents. A humane living environment managed by people with big hearts.

Excellent residence! The staff and owners are present and always attentive to the needs of their residents. The food is delicious, and the activities offered to residents are varied and adapted to their abilities. Call now to visit this superb residence!

A very bad experience with this residence. Communication was extremely difficult with the owners, who kept passing the buck to hide their ineffective management. Contrary to what we were initially told, there were very few stimulating activities. The food served was limited in variety and led to nutritional deficiencies among the residents. There was a surprisingly high staff turnover rate. It's clear the owners are regularly "cleaning out" their staff, and this seems to be masking other problems the caregivers are facing. I do not recommend placing your family members here.
