There is a water leak in the ceiling of a corridor that has not been addressed, and their method of dealing with it is to place two buckets of water on the floor to collect the water. The buckets overflow, creating a puddle on the floor and posing a significant fall hazard to users. The area is very dirty, lacking maintenance and renovation. There is also a foul odor.

This person wouldn't let me see my godfather. She raised her voice quite unpleasantly and, on top of that, brought her child to her workplace. She insulted me based on how I dressed. She didn't even take down my number. I will be filing a complaint, my dear, because the way you acted towards me is really not right. And on top of that, you went out and took a picture of my license plate.

I'm a caregiver for someone who's lived here for about a year or so. The owners are really friendly and do everything they can to make all the residents feel comfortable. The only problem is the general upkeep of the building, especially the exterior, balconies, fences, and general upkeep of the yard. The owners should really make an effort to improve this, which would be a real benefit to them and all the residents, and of course, to their overall image.

I'm speaking with Jacqueline, who lives in this residence. She rated it at least 4.5 stars. The owners are exceptional. The food is good, and she really appreciates the wooded courtyard; it's very relaxing.
