My mother-in-law has been there for a month and wow, the atmosphere isn't great. The day nurse made two mistakes with the medication, and the orderlies aren't very good, except for the evening nurse, Tatiana; she's truly amazing.

It's a great project that creates a great atmosphere and highlights the rigor of the employees.

A fantastic team who truly understand the concept of caring for seniors. I highly recommend them!

This place is understaffed and patients are left to themselves which jeopardize their safety. There is no follow up and they tell the family the patient came down for food but it wasnt true. The only ones that cared were the cooks; how sad is that!! When my dad left, patients were asking us to take them with us saying how lucky he was to leave this horrible place.

I can't blame the staff, but there are serious shortcomings at this residence. My mother died from sepsis caused by an undiagnosed urinary tract infection that spread to her kidneys. She also had a kidney stone, and they never did anything about it, even though there were warning signs—kidney stones are painful. Lastly, they sent my mother to the hospital around 1:00 a.m. and never contacted us. It was the hospital, around 11:00 a.m., that informed us she was in the emergency room for the reasons listed above. I should mention that she had Alzheimer's, but it was their responsibility to notify us. When we arrived at the emergency room, she was already unconscious and never communicated with us again until her death. This is not a good place for people with cognitive impairments. Be wary, especially considering the price residents pay!
