WE CAME HERE THINKING PRIVATE WOULD BE OF BETTER SERVICE AND CLASS BUT WE WERE COMPLETELY WRONG. THEY WILL MILK YOU FOR EVERY PENNY, GUILT YOU INTO NOT CARING FOR YOUR PARENTS, AND TREAT YOU LIKE GARBAGE DESPITE PAYING THOUSANDS. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY ARE HORRIBLE.

We visited the residence for our mother and were absolutely impressed by the warm welcome and courtesy of Ms. Carole St-Laurent. She answered all our questions. The place is impeccably clean and everything is accessible! Now all that's left is to find an available apartment. Thank you again for the excellent customer service. Well, months have passed and we've signed the lease for our mother! July 2024. This time, Ms. Evelyne Tremblay handled the rental application. This woman has incredible energy! Bravo to the whole team!
Hello, it's 7:20 pm, Wednesday, July 26, 2023. I just left the building at 4400 Jean Talon. I'm a delivery driver and I only had the three-digit apartment number, which didn't work on the intercom. I asked the receptionist to let me in so I could leave the order in the lobby, but she got angry and started yelling, "Write the code...write the code." I explained the situation kindly to her, saying that the code I have on my app is three digits, and it didn't work. She continued to yell at herself... "Write the code, it works." I tried again, but it still didn't work. I needed the name or a four-digit code. Then she came out to my house and said, "Pffff, okay, that's just the code you have." I said, "841." She tried, then said, "I don't know why it's not working." Then she left me between the two doors, and I called the customer to come down. Sorry about the star, but it's her fault. She doesn't deserve to be a receptionist with such a lack of respect and professionalism. Please address this comment to her.
