Résidence Le Club La Volière

I would like to thank the staff at La Volière for taking such good care of my father, Marcel, from room 307, also known as Toaster the Musician. And especially to Sandra, a kind attendant, for offering to give my dad a bath on his last day. He cried when he had to leave your center and all his friends and staff with whom he had become so attached. Goodbye La Volière, and good luck to everyone. Thank you, Toaster's daughter, Marie-Mélanye.

Poor service in the dining room. No sprinklers. No air conditioning in the common areas or at reception.

This is a very bad residence; you'd better be independent to go there, otherwise they are completely useless when it comes to care.

This place does not seem to meet standards (there are no sprinklers in the corridors and in the apartments on the 2nd floor, the corridors are not wide enough, it smells of cigarettes, there is no air exchanger, no staff on weekends, the elevator is not up to standard, people with reduced mobility must remain on the 1st floor)
