There is a water leak in the ceiling of a corridor that has not been addressed, and their method of dealing with it is to place two buckets of water on the floor to collect the water. The buckets overflow, creating a puddle on the floor and posing a significant fall hazard to users. The area is very dirty, lacking maintenance and renovation. There is also a foul odor.

The person doesn't want to let me see my godfather. She raises a rather unpleasant tone, and even brings her children to her workplace. Insults me based on how I dress. She didn't take my phone number down. A complaint will be filed, my dear, because the way you acted towards me was really not right. And what's more, you went out to take a picture of my license plate.

I'm a caregiver for someone who's lived here for about a year or so. The owners are really friendly and do everything they can to make all the residents feel comfortable. The only problem is the general upkeep of the building, especially the exterior, balconies, fences, and general upkeep of the yard. The owners should really make an effort to improve this, which would be a real benefit to them and all the residents, and of course, to their overall image.

I'm speaking with Jacqueline, who lives in this residence. She rated it at least 4.5 stars. The owners are exceptional. The food is good, and she really appreciates the wooded courtyard; it's very relaxing.
