It's beautiful, spotlessly clean, and bright. And what can I say about the general manager, Ms. Émilie Choquet? A truly down-to-earth, uncomplicated woman who is always available, answers the phone, is exceptionally kind, and clearly loves her residents. Bravo, bravo Résidence Samoa! I recommend it 100%. A place to avoid if you can! The hygiene is appalling. My mother never has toilet paper, and we always have to push to get even the most basic necessities that should be provided. Her window has been broken for several weeks and is impossible to open, even in the heat. For me, this is a residence to avoid at all costs.

It wouldn't be surprising to see this place featured on a reality TV show like "Je?" one of these days. The staff is disrespectful and impossible to reach (voicemail is always full). If you don't like your loved ones, send them there! One star because it's beautiful, clean, and new.

Place to avoid! Patients receive very little health care and hygiene. We are the ones who have to provide this care. It is difficult to communicate with the staff, let alone a manager. Anyone does anything and many do absolutely nothing. Little supervision, my father is frequently robbed and nothing is found. One patient even has a card to leave and enter the prosthetic unit! Wow! This means he can let anyone out whenever he wants.
