Since our father, Jean Rousseau, arrived at La Résidence St-Antoine, we have witnessed daily the exceptional professionalism, kindness, and humanity of the entire team. Care is provided with respect and dignity, and genuine attention is given to each resident, both in their healthcare and in their daily lives. We have been particularly touched by the patience, attentiveness, and warmth of the staff, whether during meals, activities, or in their constant communication with families. Everything is done to create a true living environment, imbued with respect and community. As the head of a facility with over 150 employees, I recognize a strong and authentic leadership culture, supported by a remarkable team and exemplary management. It takes respect, empathy, a lot of listening, and love to care for the elderly, which some employees clearly lack! It's so sad to hear these employees speak and act so disrespectfully towards other human beings!!! IT'S UNACCEPTABLE!! An employee just threatened to slap me because I told them to close the trash cans for the tenth time. Please take action.

Our mother lived at the Résidence St-Antoine de Granby for about two years and we would like to commend the exceptional work of the staff at the facility for the respect and dignity with which they treat their residents and the quality of the living environment they offer them. We warmly recommend this place, thank you for taking great care of our mother and always welcoming us so well.

My mother went into convalescence there and later moved to this location. The residence is well maintained, with good service, good food, and two conscientious and caring owners.
