Beautiful place with staff who take good care of the residents and provide activities to keep them entertained.

I was a resident here. I didn't stay because of bedbugs. They change a huge amount to stay here for very bad services. The food is great for people who want to gain weight and love can food. I often had to argue with the staff because they didn't give me my medicine properly, they would a few times give me someone else medication at mealtime. They don't clean the place well at all, once someone got sick on the top floor balcony and it went on the other balconies below it. It was the winter show that cleaned it up.I will not even send someone I dislike at a place like this. I was a resident I know what this place is like.

Patient service is really lacking. The attendants are all in the office, each on their personal phones. I've been visiting my brother for two months, and I never see anyone working. This is what's happening.

This residence needs to be inspected. Residents are left to their own devices when they ring the bell. There are independent patients on the Alzheimer's floors. The bathrooms are not adapted or up to code. In short, do not send your elderly relatives to this place.

This senior living residence could use better maintenance. Cleanliness and food leave much to be desired. While some of the residents are nice, the administration is corrupt and the owners are dishonest.
