Vast Residence, part of the Maurice Group, in Sainte-Julie, what a beautiful place to live! A truly lovely residence with something for everyone. My parents have been living there for a month now and they are very happy. They used to live on the second floor with stairs, and my father can no longer manage them, so he had to stay in his apartment because there was no elevator. Now, he can walk around the residence, go to the garden outside, and even use the swings. The staff is friendly, always smiling, and always available to answer our questions. A special mention goes to the head of services, Ms. Carole Vincent, who is incredibly professional and always there for us. After their initial visit to the residence, my parents were put on a waiting list. My mother called Ms. Vincent several times to ask when it would be their turn to be contacted to move in. Ms. Vincent always took the time to speak with my mother and explain things to her; she never felt like she was bothering her. Once my parents were settled into the residence, she made sure everything was in order and that if anything was wrong, they could contact her. And when Ms. Vincent walked the halls, she always took the time to greet the residents by name. I highly recommend this place. Kudos to the whole wonderful team at Vast, part of the Maurice Group!
