Every single person we've interacted with, from management to the care team to the dining staff, goes above and beyond. They're not just professional and attentive; they show genuine kindness and respect to everyone, treating residents like cherished family members. Their dedication provides incredible peace of mind. The residence itself is beautifully maintained – always sparkling clean, bright, and inviting. The common areas are comfortable and encourage socializing, and the overall atmosphere is just so positive and uplifting. It’s clear they take great pride in creating a lovely environment. We've also been incredibly impressed with the quality and variety of the meals – delicious and well-presented! Plus, there always seems to be something interesting going on, with a great range of activities that keep residents engaged and happy. Choosing a residence is a huge decision, and we couldn't be happier with La Résidence Villa Grande-Île.
