This place gave my family the reassurance that they could take care of my grandmother for a week and not even a day passed before they called us to bring my grandmother home. Any extra effort needed to take care of someone seems to instantly make them give up and move to the next. Very unprofessional

After almost five years of caring for my partner, I needed a break, and I was more than delighted by the welcome I received at the Alzheimer Society of Laval. They immediately wanted to help me, and from the very beginning, they showed my partner that she was an important person. Communication with the counselor is fantastic; the staff is easy to reach, and they also call me to see how things went during my respite. Everyone I've met since the beginning has been friendly, and it's clear that they all give their best. A big thank you, and keep up the wonderful work.

Avoid being dependent on them. They will let go faster then they let you in. Priority is on the one with less care needed. They care about $ with no empathy.

The administration have no heart toward those in need. as soon as you show a bit of sickness or give them a bit more work then the average they let you go. Without warning. They don't deserve to be called société d'alzheimer.

This place take great care of my mother.
