Villa Jacques-Cartier

My mother has been going there for over 18 months and she loves it. They are attentive and responsive, and there's a real family atmosphere. The park next door allows her to stay active every day. I highly recommend it.

My friend has a relative who lives there. I visited the place with her the other day. Only positive things! Very well-maintained place with friendly and helpful staff. The residents seem well treated and the place is extremely well organized! Hats off to you!

Very clean, welcoming staff! My father has lived there for a year, since my mother passed away. He has Alzheimer's, and he's well cared for there. They have three meals a day plus snacks, and there are nurses on site for them. He's very well looked after; he's in good hands! Thank you to the entire team at the Residence who work so hard for our elderly parents. I live in Mont-Tremblant and I went to see him in January. I'm not in great health (chronic migraines), but I was very surprised and happy to see where he was. It took a huge weight off the family's shoulders! Thank you! Keep up the good work! My family placed my sister's godmother, who has Alzheimer's, there. At first, she didn't want to stay, but the staff, who were incredibly understanding and kind, made her realize she would be happy there. Two days later, she already had new friends and loved the place. The staff is kind and attentive to the needs of each resident.
