Terrible place. My uncle was accepted even though the residence didn't provide the necessary level of care to keep him healthy and safe. They eventually kicked him out, and he subsequently had to be hospitalized for several months, during which time they continued to collect money from his account. We had to send them letters demanding a refund since they weren't responding. This residence is the worst my uncle has ever been to. He experienced rapid decline there because he was isolated and frankly under-stimulated. His apartments were never clean, even though we had housekeeping services. I wouldn't recommend this residence to anyone. I'm glad my uncle was able to spend his final years in a retirement home. He was happy there, and I'd never seen him so well-dressed and treated at Villa Mon Repos. I'm more than dissatisfied; I'm outraged by the experience we had. The villa "Mon Repos" clearly shouldn't exist, since the people who run it don't know what they're doing... except presumably collecting money from senior citizens...

Quality/price it will be difficult to find better. My father was in another residence that closed its doors. At the other residence he always said: "I'll get used to it" when we asked him if he liked it, even after 2 years. At this residence, he had been there for two weeks and he was already saying, I am happy here, the people are nice we eat well. I like it. He often says it, even after two years, I like it here, the people are nice. With my experience, I recommend without hesitation.

My father lived at this residence for a year and a half and he loved it! Excellent service and proper care, attentive and warm staff!

I'm writing to you from my girlfriend's account because I'm not on Facebook. My father has been living there for three months; he's well cared for, the staff gives him excellent care. I recommend Villa Mon Repos for our seniors; they are very happy there. Réjean Breton

Despite the short time my father stayed at Villa Mon Repos, the staff were courteous and attentive. The administrative team was responsive to our needs. My father loved his stay there.
