My mother resided at Villa Ste-Rose for many years, and I had the pleasure of visiting the residence again this year. I am impressed to see that the residence continues to evolve and constantly improve its services. The integration of new technologies, such as fall detectors, provides invaluable peace of mind for families. It is a caring living environment that remains at the forefront of its residents' well-being. Thank you to the entire team!

Villa Ste-Rose is an exceptional residence. The staff is caring and attentive, the administration is human and accessible, and the welcome is always warm. When you enter the Villa, you are greeted by name. I saw happy residents, singing and dancing, during organized events (campfire evening, Captain's evening, etc.). The meals are also of high quality and the rooms are spacious, clean, and well-organized.

My father was a resident at Villa Ste-Rose for a too-brief stay… The welcome was incredible, from the management, the nursing staff, the attendants, and the entertainment team. We were able to recreate the ambiance of his home in his spacious room and even personalize the sign at the entrance to his room. It's in the little details that we understand the owners' commitment to creating a pleasant living environment tailored to each guest. A big thank you to Jonathan and Alexandre Bélanger!

When it comes to finding a place to care for our parents (or loved ones), we must ensure the legitimacy of the managers. Do they have good intentions? Will they take good care of our loved ones? Are they only interested in money? Will the care be of good quality? Will the food be good? Etc. Having worked closely with the managers of Villa Ste-Rose on several projects, I can assure you that this is indeed the case. How many managers are present every day, know the name and needs of each resident? We have worked with over 300 senior residences, and I can assure you that all employees have their hearts in the right place, not just the managers. They treat residents with respect and dignity, even if it's not always easy! Believe me, that's not always the case... Furthermore, this establishment is neither too small to lack all the necessary services, nor too large to become impersonal. In fact, the size of Villa Ste-Rose is ideal for providing personalized service. I therefore extend a huge congratulations to them and wish them continued success and excellence.

My father is at Villa Ste-Rose and is very happy. He receives excellent care, the food is really good, and there are plenty of activities. He recently participated in the campfire evening where he enjoyed the performance of two excellent musicians and enjoyed roasted marshmallows. He also participates in karaoke.
