UP is very good. The management team is very welcoming, the head nurse (Nathalie Lagrange) is excellent and communicates regularly with the family. The caregivers are mostly dedicated, kind, and respectful. I'm so happy to see my father well and understood! The food is served hot on the floor. Thank you for taking care of our seniors. Rating: 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Update: A rushed and imposed move to another floor without discussion with the family. The reason: pressure from above/the government. Information gets lost during the transfer, and everything has to be started again. In 2025, there was too much staff turnover, and they weren't always comfortable working with people with Alzheimer's. Many questions and discomfort arose. There was a lack of communication with families. Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️

The quality of care and services is personalized. The recreation program is exceptional; you'll experience wonderful, emotionally rich moments. It's a vibrant place where life is good!
