I witnessed a resident in phase 3 who asked for a second slice of pizza and was told that there were none left, but the team leader reprimanded the same resident because he was looking for the television remote control and left the department with two slices of pizza. Really....what a lack of honesty! If you can keep your parents at home.

Great atmosphere and staff with a strong work ethic. Very open to new ideas.

First visit after the move. All her new clothes are gone. Suspenders, belts, and brand new clothes. It's easy to blame the residents and their wandering. Or the move's confusion when it's never happened anywhere else. However, the turnover of people and thefts are definitely a factor. Our elders are easily scapegoated and defenseless. When will people understand and respect human beings and the elderly? 🤔

Very good atmosphere with a lot of love from the caretakers, unfortunately a little too expensive.
