The attendants are always on their cell phones. My mother, who wanted to go to the bathroom, was told, "You have a diaper...do it in your diaper!" They gave her medication so strong she was unconscious and had to stay in a wheelchair afterward. This place is truly mediocre. Be wary of the person who shows you around; everything she says is false.

Avoid this residence. Care is virtually non-existent, food is very average, the staff are untrained, and there is no competent staff, etc.

We brought our mother in for a week's respite following a fracture. Two days later, she was experiencing delirium due to her medication. I asked the nurse to come and assess the situation and call me, as we were in shock. She never came to the residence, and I still haven't received a call back.
