Being greeted by the "police" receptionist who demands an explanation for visiting a resident. Pretty typical, I must say. Nothing ever changes here 😅

I gave it one star because we had no choice; otherwise, it would be zero. The biggest negative point: no respect for the residents, bad food, infrequent housekeeping, difficulty getting towels, etc. (but I did manage to get one full of holes), showers only once a week. Positive point: beautiful location, balconies, terraces, etc.!

This is my second time here. And I'm very, very disappointed. The food isn't very good. Or worse, it's thrown away before you can eat. There are times when we're alone in the kitchen. There's a huge risk of suffocation.

Beautiful, brand new place, friendly staff. Average food.

Very beautiful place. Extraordinary care. Lots of leisure activities. Beautiful, large room. Clean. I loved working there.
