Beautiful, welcoming residence with attentive staff! My father participates in all the activities offered. I highly recommend this place.

Before Covid wasn't too bad actually very acceptable.... Some people who work there are actually caring, but most are very unprofessional and arrogant, who don't care for the residents. Maybe it's a lack of staff wich is directed to operate under the minimum. My mom had two accidents on her legs caused by a staff member, in which had my mom hospitalized and almost had her leg amputated. To make things worse, no verbal nor written apologies. Which I'm not surprised because it would prove the fault and the level of the unprofessionalism of the staff working there. Keep your loved ones away from this place at all costs.

Warm and cozy place.

The staff is doing their best despite, as is the case elsewhere, a limited staff. There's no staff at the entrance, so visitors wait outside. An employee is moving around...an addition to their workload. As in all these places, there's a lack of beauty in the spaces...community hall, lounges, etc.
