This restaurant used to be a favourite, last time I went, very dissapointed , for sure quality is decreasing, always missing some foods and long wait. Atmosphère is getting heavier. Dark and low energy. Sadly maybe would give another chance another time

The place is very clean; my sister has a lovely, large room. The staff are very kind, they answer our questions and are very attentive to the residents' needs. Thank you for your patience and dedication.

The air conditioner was installed early this afternoon by me, a DEP (mechanical fitter/glazier), and the manager of the 4th floor had no training, not even a personal care attendant! Geneviève told me to remove it, that the contract had to be given to their company $$, and make no mistake, this place is 100% private and paid for handsomely with our taxes without offering adequate services for a person with severe dementia at the end of life and widespread cancer. There isn't even a nurse with a college diploma on site! And the small window doesn't open; it's 40-50 degrees Celsius in the summer, and the employees are underpaid, so there's no service or phone support except between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday to Friday (only the food staff remain). So, it's all about profit.

The rooms are large, with big windows and en-suite bathrooms. The hallways are wide, and there's a code for entry and exit, so it feels very secure. I recommend it.
