A wonderful experience. My mother was warmly welcomed with great respect and kindness. The place is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. We are very satisfied and recommend this apartment without hesitation.

Beautiful residence with a pleasant atmosphere. The staff is attentive, the premises are well-maintained, and the apartments are spacious. You can tell that the residents' well-being is a priority. I recommend it.

I loved living at Viventi. The building is well-maintained and the management is professional. I enjoyed it so much that I signed a new lease with the same owner in another of their projects. I highly recommend it.

I've been living here for a year and a half. Problem after problem: no water pressure, closed pool, no services, no hot water, unable to speak to anyone directly (it's a phone line), constantly broken washers and dryers, questionable cleanliness, frequently broken intercoms, etc., etc. Yet they have no qualms about taking our rent from our bank account (never any adjustments to apologize for the unresolved issues!). And they have no qualms about giving huge rent increases! It's a real shame because there are many good people who live here. They have absolutely no respect for their tenants. It's pathetic!

While the renovated appartments are beautiful the rest of the Viventi existence is poor. From the administration avoiding you and not answering your repeated phone calls for existing issues, to them refusing to cash in 2 months of rent cheques. When rented our appartment in May 2023 we were told different things by the rental agent and because we didn't think of getting it in writting we now have to pay additional monies. If you do decide to rent, GET EVERY LITTLE THING IN WRITTING no matter now "nice and friendly" they are. Also, get your lease copy on the spot don't wait "cause their printer is not working right now". It will be very difficult to obtain the right papers later on. The employe turnover is astronomical with staff changing on a monthly or bi-monthly basis. It seems that they are trying to get rid of the senior residents, who are here for many years, so that they can rent at almost double the price. Attached pictures of administration refusing to move abandoned car so that we can park in our $50/month spot properly. This years rent increase will most likely be about 8%, can't wait to see!!!
