Everyone greets us warmly; it truly feels like being part of a large family. The caregivers are very attentive, and the food is excellent. The hairdresser is wonderful and incredibly kind to the residents. I had many apprehensions at first, but I'm pleasantly surprised. Thank you to the entire team for your dedication!

My mother lived there for four years on the first floor. The staff is wonderful, empathetic, always cheerful, and incredibly patient. Care is provided respectfully. The food is very good and the meals are varied. I highly recommend it.

My mother stayed there for about eight months and received excellent care. The staff were all extremely kind and the food was very good. I often accompanied my mother there for dinner. And the manager was always attentive to our needs. Thank you!

My mother has been here for about a month, and I visit regularly. She was on the third floor for the assessment and is now on the first floor. The staff is simply wonderful, and the food is excellent. She's more cheerful and happier. She's safe, which is one less thing for me to worry about because she's comfortable. Thank you all! 👌🏽💖

I would like to thank the staff on the third floor of the Champlain-des-Pommetiers long-term care facility in Belœil, who took excellent care of Marcel during his stay, especially Mélissa, Jean-Marc, Martine, Protep, and many others.
